Villa Rosamond is located in Son Parc, a picturesque resort town on the northern coast of Menorca. Known for its crescent-shaped beach Arenal de Son Saura, with golden sand and turquoise water, the resort offers visitors a tranquil and idyllic setting for a relaxing holiday. Surrounding the beach, you’ll find lush pine forests, creating a soothing natural backdrop. Son Parc is also home to the only golf course on the island, making it a haven for golfers. The villa is built on a large plot offering a number of areas for relaxing in the sun or shade. With direct access from both the lounge and kitchen, is a covered porch with quality outdoor sofas, dining table with chairs and barbeque, the ideal spot for al fresco dining. A couple of steps from the porch lead down to the swimming pool terrace, furnished with a second table and chairs and sunbeds. Beyond the pool is a lawn garden with autochthonous flowers and plant, furnished with a coffee table and chairs.

This home away from home has been tastefully decorated and equipped with everything needed to ensure that guests have a wonderful stay. The property is distributed on two floors:
Ground Floor: open plan lounge (smart TV and international channels) /dining area / fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, 1 twin bedroom with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, 1 shower room and 1 cloak room.
First Floor: master bedroom with air-conditioning, en-suite shower room and a private balcony with pine forest views.

Payment Schedule
Confirmation Deposit: 10% (refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival)
60 days prior to arrival: 90% (non-refundable)
Payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) or Bank transfer

Government Eco-Tax
Guests 16 years and over must pay the Balearic Government Eco-tax which is 2.00 € per night and per person.

Security Deposit
Security deposit: 300 € (the security deposit can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned via bank transfer after departure)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days before arrival.

If guests have an early arrival or a late departure time please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.

Minimum Age
The person placing the booking must be over 25 years.
All guests are obliged to complete the required Passport or ID information prior to arrival in accordance with Spanish legislation.

Occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity permitted in the property.
Pets are not permitted in any of our properties.
Smoking in the interior of properties is prohibited.

Services Included
The property is furnished and equipped for self-catering for the maximum capacity of the property.
The property will be clean upon arrival with bed linen and bath towels for all guests.
Pool and garden maintenance are included and will visit the property twice weekly. Guests must allow access to the exterior of the property.
