Villa de Amigos is situated in a cliff-top tourist resort, Cala’n Porter, on the south coast of the island and only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The town is ideal for families, with a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops, all within walking distance from the property. The wonderful beach with crystal clear waters can be accessed via road or steps and also offers two beach bars serving local tapas and drinks. Other south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, Son Bou) can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car, and the capital town Mahon is also only a 10 minute drive away. Car hire is available from the resort and a daily bus service runs between Calan Porter and Mahon during the summer months.

Located at the end of a quiet road, Villa de Amigos is private and tranquil. The outdoor dining area, with table, chairs and stone barbecue, can be accessed directly from the lounge and is shaded under an awning. The swimming pool (7m x 3m) and jacuzzi are surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with comfortable loungers and umbrellas for shade. Around the terrace is a gravel garden with colourful indigenous plants and flowers.

The interior of the villa was completely refurbished in 2021 with modern furniture and fittings. All rooms are distributed on the ground floor and the property is ideal for one or two families sharing:
Open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen with air-conditioning, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 shower room. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Payment Schedule
Confirmation Deposit: 10% (refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival)
60 days prior to arrival: 90% (non-refundable)
Payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) or Bank transfer

Government Eco-Tax
Guests 16 years and over must pay the Balearic Government Eco-tax which is 2.00 € per night and per person.

Security Deposit
Security deposit: 300 € (the security deposit can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned via bank transfer after departure)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days before arrival.

If guests have an early arrival or a late departure time please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.

Minimum Age
The person placing the booking must be over 25 years.
All guests are obliged to complete the required Passport or ID information prior to arrival in accordance with Spanish legislation.

Occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity permitted in the property.
Pets are not permitted in any of our properties.
Smoking in the interior of properties is prohibited.

Services Included
The property is furnished and equipped for self-catering for the maximum capacity of the property.
The property will be clean upon arrival with bed linen and bath towels for all guests.
Pool and garden maintenance are included and will visit the property twice weekly. Guests must allow access to the exterior of the property.
