Set across two levels, Villa San Buenaventura offers elegant outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and comfortable summer living. The upper level features a spacious covered terrace that connects directly to the lounge, kitchen and master bedroom, furnished with inviting sofas and a large dining table for al-fresco meals while enjoying beautiful views over Port d’Addaia’s marina. The lower level opens onto a lush garden with mature palms and plants surrounding the private swimming pool. Here you will find sunbeds for relaxing in the sunshine and a shaded porch with table and chairs, an ideal spot for a quiet morning coffee or to cool off after a swim.
Villa San Buenaventura is bright and comfortable, with a layout designed to make the most of the wonderful views and exterior.
The main living level includes a spacious lounge, a well-equipped kitchen, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, all on the entrance level. On the lower floor, with direct access to the pool and garden, there is a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
A small TV is available in the lounge for guest use, and all bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning to ensure a cool and restful stay throughout the summer months.

Payment Schedule
Confirmation Deposit: 25% (non-refundable)
60 days prior to arrival: 75% (non-refundable)
Payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) or Bank transfer
Government Eco-Tax
Guests 16 years and over must pay the Balearic Government Eco-tax which is 2.00 € per night and per person.
Security Deposit
Security deposit: 500 € (the security deposit can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned via bank transfer after departure)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
A cancellation charge of 25% of the total price is payable for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days before arrival.

If guests have an early arrival or a late departure time please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.
Minimum Age
The person placing the booking must be over 25 years.
All guests are obliged to complete the required Passport or ID information prior to arrival in accordance with Spanish legislation.

The number of guests must not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity permitted in the property.
This property is not suitable for children under 8 years of age.
Pets are not permitted in any of our properties.
Smoking in the interior of properties is prohibited.
Services Included
The property is furnished and equipped for self-catering for the maximum capacity of the property.
The property will be clean upon arrival with bed linen and bath towels for all guests.
Pool and garden maintenance are included and will visit the property twice weekly. Guests must allow access to the exterior of the property.
