The area is best known for Arenal de Son Saura, a white sand beach with clear turquoise waters, surrounded by pine-covered countryside. With its lovely beach, natural surroundings and laid-back feel, it is an ideal setting for a relaxing Menorcan holiday.

The exterior of Villa Rosa offers plenty of space to enjoy Menorca’s long summer days, with different areas for relaxing and dining outdoors. The covered terrace is furnished with comfortable sofas, creating a lovely shaded spot to sit and unwind. A separate pergola shelters the outdoor table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining and cooking with the stone barbeque. The swimming pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers for relaxing in the sunshine, while the surrounding Mediterranean garden and established planting create a peaceful and private setting.

The interior of Villa Rosa is bright, comfortable and welcoming, with a relaxed Mediterranean feel throughout. The property is distributed over two floors, with the accommodation arranged as follows:

Ground floor: open plan lounge /dining area / fully equipped kitchen with air-conditioning, 2 twin bedrooms with ceiling fans, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom and 1 cloak room.

First floor: master bedroom with air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom (separate bath and shower) and private balcony.

Please note that a vehicle is recommended when staying at Villa Rosa.

Payment Schedule
Confirmation Deposit: 10% (refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival)
60 days prior to arrival: 90% (non-refundable)
Payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) or Bank transfer

Government Eco-Tax
Guests 16 years and over must pay the Balearic Government Eco-tax which is 2.00 € per night and per person.

Security Deposit
Security deposit: 300 € (the security deposit can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned via bank transfer after departure)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days before arrival.

If guests have an early arrival or a late departure time please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.

Minimum Age
The person placing the booking must be over 25 years.
All guests are obliged to complete the required Passport or ID information prior to arrival in accordance with Spanish legislation.

Occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity permitted in the property.
This property is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
Pets are not permitted in any of our properties.
Smoking in the interior of properties is prohibited.

Services Included
The property is furnished and equipped for self-catering for the maximum capacity of the property.
The property will be clean upon arrival with bed linen and bath towels for all guests.
Pool and garden maintenance are included and will visit the property twice weekly. Guests must allow access to the exterior of the property.
