This home away from home, built and designed by the current owners, offers a warm and welcoming living space with breath-taking views of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea from both the interior and exterior.

Three Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms
Parquet flooring and neutral tones inside Casa Blanca create a cosy and relaxing atmosphere and the perfect place for guests to unwind.
Connected to the entrance hall on the ground level are two bedrooms (one double bedroom and one twin bedroom) with fitted wardrobes and a shower room.
Internal stairs lead up to the main living area on the first floor and continue to the second floor and master bedroom. This spacious double bedroom has a dressing area, en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath and bidet, and a private balcony overlooking the lush garden, swimming pool and turquoise sea beyond.

Living and Kitchen
The heart of this home is the main living area on the first floor.
The fully equipped and spacious kitchen, with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, and everyday appliances, is where guests will enjoy quality time together whilst preparing their favourite meals.
Connected to the kitchen is the split-level dining room and lounge, with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV with several international channels, and a small library of books. The central air-conditioning system throughout the house makes this room the ideal place for relaxing and escaping the midday heat.
Also on the first floor is a cloakroom and utility room with access to the rear of the house where there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Terrace and Swimming Pool with Sea Views
The main outdoor living area, accessed directly from the kitchen, is a spacious south-facing terrace with spectacular Mediterranean views. Furnished with a wooden table and chairs for al fresco dining, a barbeque, and garden sofas for relaxing in the shade, this terrace is where guests spend the most time during their holiday.
The large swimming pool on the lower level of the garden is accessed via steps from the main terrace. Surrounded by colourful plants and a grass lawn, the pool terrace is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas for lying back and enjoying the sunshine and views.

Son Bou
Casa Blanca is located in Son Bou resort on the south-central coast of the island and a 20 minute drive from Mahon airport. The resort offers a variety of bars with evening entertainment, international restaurants, souvenir shops, and supermarkets, all within a short walk from the house.
The island´s longest beach, with 2.5km of white sand and turquoise water, is approximately a 10 minute walk from Casa Blanca. There are a number of beach amenities available, including beach bars serving all-day tapas and drinks, water sports, a picnic area, public showers, and free parking.

Notes: The property is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
The air-conditioning is centrally controlled for the entire property.

Payment Schedule
Confirmation Deposit: 25% (non-refundable)
60 days prior to arrival: 75% (non-refundable)
Payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) or Bank transfer

Government Eco-Tax
Guests 16 years and over must pay the Balearic Government Eco-tax which is 2.00 € per night and per person.

Security Deposit
Security deposit: 500 € (the security deposit can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned via bank transfer after departure)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
A cancellation charge of 25% of the total price is payable for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days before arrival.

If guests have an early arrival or a late departure time please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.

Minimum Age
The person placing the booking must be over 25 years.
All guests are obliged to complete the required Passport or ID information prior to arrival in accordance with Spanish legislation.

Occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity permitted in the property.
The property is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
Pets are not permitted in any of our properties.
Smoking in the interior of properties is prohibited.

Services Included
The property is furnished and equipped for self-catering for the maximum capacity of the property.
The property will be clean upon arrival with bed linen and bath towels for all guests.
Pool and garden maintenance are included and will visit the property twice weekly. Guests must allow access to the exterior of the property.
