Villa Plomero is located in Cala en Porter, a wonderful beach resort just 7km from the capital town Mahón and the airport. This south-coast village offers a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, all within a 10-minute walk from the villa. The spectacular white sand beach with shallow turquoise water and beach amenities, including sunbed and umbrella hire, public showers, public toilets, beach bars, kayaking, a children´s playground, and free parking, can be accessed via steps or road. For those who would like to explore the island, there is car hire available from the resort centre and public buses to Mahon and Alaior.

A 340m2 plot close to the countryside, the villa has a gated entrance with an enclosed garden. Surrounding the private swimming pool (7m x 3m) is a sunbathing terrace furnished with loungers, a parasol, and garden sofas for relaxing in the sunshine. The shaded porch has direct access to the lounge, is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining, and a stone barbeque.

Villa Plomero has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The perfect layout for a small family or couples and friends sharing. It is furnished with comfortable modern furniture and has air-conditioning in the lounge and floor fans in both bedrooms. All rooms are distributed on the ground floor:

Payment Schedule
Confirmation Deposit: 10% (refundable for cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival)
60 days prior to arrival: 90% (non-refundable)
Payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) or Bank transfer

Government Eco-Tax
2 € per night per person for the first 8 nights, reduced to 1 € per night per person from the ninth night onwards.

Security Deposit
300 € per stay can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned by card or bank transfer within 3 days of departure.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival are free of charge and the 10% confirmation deposit will be refunded.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations 60 days or less before arrival.

If guests have an early arrival or a late departure time please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.

Minimum Age
The lead guest must be aged 25 or over, must be present at the property for the whole stay, and is responsible for the conduct of the whole party, including any damage caused intentionally or through negligence.
All guests must provide the identification and other information required for guest registration before arrival, in accordance with Real Decreto 933/2021, de 26 de octubre. This information will be communicated to the competent authorities as required by law.

Occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity in the property description.
Pets, smoking indoors, and parties or events inside or outside the property are not permitted.
Reservations for stag or hen parties, or groups travelling for celebrations or events are not accepted.

Services Included
The property is furnished and equipped for self-catering for the maximum capacity stated in the property description.
The property will be clean upon arrival with bed linen and bath towels for all guests.
Extras (cot, highchair, bed guard, pool heating or pool guards when available) must be requested at the time of reservation. In some cases, there may be an extra charge for these items.
