Situated in the residential area Punta Grossa, Villa Sa Pau provides a quiet escape while being conveniently close to Menorca´s popular north coast resort Arenal d’en Castell. The beautiful white sand and turquoise water beach is less than a 10 minute walk away, as are the variety of bars, restaurants and shops. Both Mahón, the capital of the island with its beautiful natural harbour, and Ciutadella, the historic capital of the island, are a 25 minute drive in opposite directions.

The outdoor area offers a perfect blend of sun and shade. A 10m x 4m swimming pool takes center stage, surrounded by a tiled terrace with sunbeds. Beyond the pool, a grass lawn offers a refreshing green backdrop. The covered porch provides shade, furnished with a dining table and chairs for outdoor meals, as well as comfortable garden sofas for relaxed lounging. There is also has a stone barbeque for al fresco cooking.

The interior of the villa has been tastefully decorated and is bright and spacious. All rooms are distributed on the ground floor and air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms:
