Casa del Mar is located in the picturesque residential area of Binidalí, on the southeast coast of the island. The beautiful white sand beach with turquoise waters is less than a 5-minute walk from the house, and other south coast beaches, such as Binisafúa, Binibeca, and Punta Prima, are just a 5-10 minute drive away. The island’s capital, Mahon, with its natural harbour and a wonderful selection of bars and restaurants, is less than a 15-minute drive from the property.

The property is situated on a spacious double plot of approximately 2,165 square meters, offering stunning sea views, lush gardens filled with indigenous plants and flowers, and multiple areas for relaxing in either the sun or shade. Adjacent to the lounge is a covered porch equipped with an outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying al fresco family meals. The swimming pool, measuring 9.5 by 4.5 meters, is surrounded by a tiled terrace furnished with outdoor sofas and sunbeds. Additionally, a second dining table and chairs are positioned next to the large stone barbecue, which overlooks the expansive lawn and children’s play area.

Casa del Mar is an ideal property for large families. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishings, it offers a perfect retreat for guests. The property features a main house and an annex for larger groups, which is available at an additional cost.
