Villa Bini Duc is located on the south-east coast of the island in the picturesque Binibeca resort. The wonderful white sand beach with turquoise waters is a short walk from the property, as are several restaurants and bars in the area. The dining options continue approximately a 10 minute walk away at what used to be a traditional fisherman’s village at Binibeca Vell, and is now a popular attraction for visitors to the island. The towns San Luis and Mahon are 10 – 15 drive away and are connected by a public bus service.

The exterior comprises of a large swimming pool with a sun terrace furnished with loungers and a table and chairs for al fresco dining, from which partial sea views can be enjoyed. Connected to the lounge and double bedroom, is a second covered terrace with garden sofas for relaxing in the shade, and a stone barbeque for outdoor cooking. This terrace is enclosed with a child safety gate.

The villa has been tastefully decorated and equipped to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. All rooms are distributed on ground level:

Open plan lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 twin bedroom with integrated shower and sink, 1 double bedroom with direct access to the terrace, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 shower room and 1 cloak room.

Fans and air-conditioning are available in all bedrooms.

Payment Schedule
Confirmation Deposit: 10% (refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival)
60 days prior to arrival: 90% (non-refundable)
Payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) or Bank transfer

Government Eco-Tax
Guests 16 years and over must pay the Balearic Government Eco-tax which is 2.00 € per night and per person.

Security Deposit
Security deposit: 300 € (the security deposit can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned via bank transfer after departure)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days before arrival.

If guests have an early arrival or a late departure time please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.

Minimum Age
The person placing the booking must be over 25 years.
All guests are obliged to complete the required Passport or ID information prior to arrival in accordance with Spanish legislation.

Occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity permitted in the property.
Pets are not permitted in any of our properties.
Smoking in the interior of properties is prohibited.

Services Included
The property is furnished and equipped for self-catering for the maximum capacity of the property.
The property will be clean upon arrival with bed linen and bath towels for all guests.
Pool and garden maintenance are included and will visit the property twice weekly. Guests must allow access to the exterior of the property.
