Villa Elsie is located in the popular resort Arenal d’en Castell on the north coast of the island. The beautiful white sand beach is only a 5 minute walk away, as are the variety of bars, restaurants and shops. Both Mahón, the capital of the island with its beautiful natural harbour, and Ciutadella, the historic capital of the island, are a 20 minute drive in opposite directions. There is parking within the villa grounds and for those who prefer public transport, there are regular bus services to Mahon, Es Mercadal and Fornells.

The villa has a private swimming pool (6m x 4m) surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with sun loungers and a large parasol. The shaded porch, with table and chairs and stone barbecue, is the ideal spot for those who enjoy al fresco dining and cooking.

The property is distributed on three floors with air-conditioning in all bedrooms:
Ground Floor: lounge/dining room/kitchen with access to exterior porch.
First Floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 shower room.
Second Floor: 1 king-size bedroom with spectacular sea views from a private balcony and en-suite shower room.

Please note that the house is located in a resort with hotels nearby and during the summer season hotel entertainment music can be heard.

Payment Schedule
Confirmation Deposit: 10% (refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival)
60 days prior to arrival: 90% (non-refundable)
Payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) or Bank transfer

Government Eco-Tax
Guests 16 years and over must pay the Balearic Government Eco-tax which is 2.00 € per night and per person.

Security Deposit
Security deposit: 300 € (the security deposit can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned via bank transfer after departure)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days before arrival.

If guests have an early arrival or a late departure time please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.

Minimum Age
The person placing the booking must be over 25 years.
All guests are obliged to complete the required Passport or ID information prior to arrival in accordance with Spanish legislation.

Occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity permitted in the property.
Pets are not permitted in any of our properties.
Smoking in the interior of properties is prohibited.

Services Included
The property is furnished and equipped for self-catering for the maximum capacity of the property.
The property will be clean upon arrival with bed linen and bath towels for all guests.
Pool and garden maintenance are included and will visit the property twice weekly. Guests must allow access to the exterior of the property.
