Villa Estrellas is situated between Binibeca and Punta Prima, in the charming village Son Ganxo. Traditionally a fisherman´s village, Son Ganxo is a tranquil area with residential and holiday villas. Just 250m from Villa Estrellas are picturesque rock platforms with direct access to the Mediterranean Sea, and a 10-minute walk away will bring you to the small cove that is ideal for swimming and snorkelling. Son Ganxo offers two restaurants serving Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, and the popular fine dining restaurants in and around San Luis are a 10-minute drive away. A vehicle is necessary when staying at this villa and free street parking is available directly outside the property.

The exterior is spacious, with various areas to enjoy the sunshine or relax in the shade. Surrounding the swimming pool (7m x 3m) is a tiled terrace furnished with sun-beds and a garden with pretty indigenous plants. Connected to the lounge is a covered porch with partial sea views and a table and chairs for al fresco dining. On the same level is a second open-air terrace with garden sofas and a large parasol for relaxing in the shade.

The villa has been decorated with bright and comfortable furniture. Both shower rooms were renovated in 2020 and air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms.

Payment Schedule
Confirmation Deposit: 10% (refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival)
60 days prior to arrival: 90% (non-refundable)
Payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) or Bank transfer

Government Eco-Tax
Guests 16 years and over must pay the Balearic Government Eco-tax which is 2.00 € per night and per person.

Security Deposit
Security deposit: 300 € (the security deposit can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned via bank transfer after departure)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days before arrival.

If guests have an early arrival or a late departure time please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.

Minimum Age
The person placing the booking must be over 25 years.
All guests are obliged to complete the required Passport or ID information prior to arrival in accordance with Spanish legislation.

Occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity permitted in the property.
Pets are not permitted in any of our properties.
Smoking in the interior of properties is prohibited.

Services Included
The property is furnished and equipped for self-catering for the maximum capacity of the property.
The property will be clean upon arrival with bed linen and bath towels for all guests.
Pool and garden maintenance are included and will visit the property twice weekly. Guests must allow access to the exterior of the property.
