Villa Isabel is situated in a cliff-top tourist resort, Cala’n Porter, on the south coast of the island and only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The town has everything within walking distance, with a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops. The wonderful beach with crystal clear waters can be accessed via road or steps and offers two beach bars serving local tapas and beverages. Other south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, Son Bou) can be reached within 15 minutes by car, and the capital town Mahon is also only a 10 minute drive away. Car hire is available from the resort and a daily bus service runs between Cala’n Porter and Mahon.

The garden area has a spacious terrace surrounding the kidney-shaped swimming pool, which is furnished with comfortable loungers for relaxing in the sun. The porch area, with direct access to the lounge and kitchen, has a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a stone barbeque for open-air cooking.

The property been tastefully decorated and is well equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. All rooms are distributed on the ground floor.
Ground Floor: Lounge/dining room (smart TV and fiber optic internet) with access to the pool terrace, independent kitchen with access to the pool terrace, 1 double bedroom with bathroom en-suite, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 shower room. Payment Schedule
Confirmation Deposit: 10% (refundable for cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival)
60 days prior to arrival: 90% (non-refundable)
Payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) or Bank transfer

Government Eco-Tax
2 € per night per person for the first 8 nights, reduced to 1 € per night per person from the ninth night onwards.

Security Deposit
300 € per stay can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned by card or bank transfer within 3 days of departure.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival are free of charge and the 10% confirmation deposit will be refunded.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations 60 days or less before arrival.

If guests have an early arrival or a late departure time please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.

Minimum Age
The lead guest must be aged 25 or over, must be present at the property for the whole stay, and is responsible for the conduct of the whole party, including any damage caused intentionally or through negligence.
All guests must provide the identification and other information required for guest registration before arrival, in accordance with Real Decreto 933/2021, de 26 de octubre. This information will be communicated to the competent authorities as required by law.

Occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity in the property description.
Pets, smoking indoors, and parties or events inside or outside the property are not permitted.
Reservations for stag or hen parties, or groups travelling for celebrations or events are not accepted.

Services Included
The property is furnished and equipped for self-catering for the maximum capacity stated in the property description.
The property will be clean upon arrival with bed linen and bath towels for all guests.
Extras (cot, highchair, bed guard, pool heating or pool guards when available) must be requested at the time of reservation. In some cases, there may be an extra charge for these items.
