The charming village of Sant Climent is less than a 5 minute drive away, while the white sandy beach of Cala en Porter, with its selection of bars, restaurants and shops, is also within easy reach. Other beautiful south coast beaches, including Binidalí, Binibeca and Binisafúa, can be reached in around 10 minutes by car, as can the capital, Mahón.

The exterior of Villa Mala Bay is spacious and private, with open countryside views and several inviting areas to enjoy Menorca’s long summer days. With direct access from the lounge, kitchen and ground floor bedroom, the shaded porch is furnished with outdoor sofas and a dining table with chairs, creating a lovely setting for relaxed breakfasts, long lunches and evenings outdoors. A portable charcoal barbecue is also provided for al fresco cooking. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and a lawned garden, while an elevated wooden deck makes the most of the peaceful countryside views and provides another lovely spot to sit and unwind.

Inside, Villa Mala Bay is bright, stylish and beautifully presented. The house has been tastefully decorated throughout, combining contemporary furnishings with warm, carefully chosen details to create a comfortable and welcoming home. Large openings onto the terrace also create an easy connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces, particularly during the summer months. The accommodation is distributed over two floors as follows:

Ground floor: a comfortable lounge with Smart TV offering Spanish, UK and French channels, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and 1 double bedroom with air conditioning, en-suite shower room and direct access to the exterior.
First floor: 2 beautifully presented double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and the other with an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and access to a small balcony, enjoying lovely countryside views with the sea visible in the distance.

The property also benefits from high-speed fibre-optic internet throughout.

Payment Schedule
Confirmation Deposit: 10% (refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival)
60 days prior to arrival: 90% (non-refundable)
Payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) or Bank transfer

Government Eco-Tax
Guests 16 years and over must pay the Balearic Government Eco-tax which is 2.00 € per night and per person.

Security Deposit
Security deposit: 300 € (the security deposit can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned via bank transfer after departure)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days before arrival.

If guests have an early arrival or a late departure time please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.

Minimum Age
The person placing the booking must be over 25 years.
All guests are obliged to complete the required Passport or ID information prior to arrival in accordance with Spanish legislation.

Occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity permitted in the property.
Pets are not permitted in any of our properties.
Smoking in the interior of properties is prohibited.

Services Included
The property is furnished and equipped for self-catering for the maximum capacity of the property.
The property will be clean upon arrival with bed linen and bath towels for all guests.
Pool and garden maintenance are included and will visit the property twice weekly. Guests must allow access to the exterior of the property.
