Located in the tranquil residential area of Punta Grossa, Villa Sauba offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to the popular north coast resort of Arenal d’en Castell. Just a short stroll away lies the stunning white sand beach and crystalline turquoise waters, along with an array of bars, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, both Mahon, the island’s capital boasting a picturesque natural harbour, and Ciutadella, the historic capital, are reachable within a 25-minute drive in opposite directions.

The outdoor space presents an ideal balance of sunlight and shade. A 5.5m x 3m saltwater swimming pool offers a refreshing respite while lounging on the sunbeds. Adjacent to the pool, a grass lawn provides a green backdrop, complemented by shade from native trees. Connected to the lounge area, a covered porch is furnished with a dining table and chairs for outdoor meals, as well as lounge chairs for relaxation. Additionally, the villa features a barbecue and stone pizza oven for delightful al fresco cooking experiences. Convenient private parking for multiple vehicles is available behind the villa.

The villa’s interior exudes brightness and features tasteful modern furnishings, providing everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
It comprises an open-plan lounge (with a ceiling fan), a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area with patio doors that lead to the covered porch overlooking the swimming pool and garden. There are two double bedrooms (one with a 1.50m bed and the other with a 1.35m bed), a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan for added comfort.

Please note that there are interior steps leading from the lounge to the bedrooms.

Payment Schedule
Confirmation Deposit: 10% (refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival)
60 days prior to arrival: 90% (non-refundable)
Payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) or Bank transfer

Government Eco-Tax
Guests 16 years and over must pay the Balearic Government Eco-tax which is 2.00 € per night and per person.

Security Deposit
Security deposit: 300 € (the security deposit can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned via bank transfer after departure)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days before arrival.

If guests have an early arrival or a late departure time please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.

Minimum Age
The person placing the booking must be over 25 years.
All guests are obliged to complete the required Passport or ID information prior to arrival in accordance with Spanish legislation.

Occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity permitted in the property.
Pets are not permitted in any of our properties.
Smoking in the interior of properties is prohibited.

Services Included
The property is furnished and equipped for self-catering for the maximum capacity of the property.
The property will be clean upon arrival with bed linen and bath towels for all guests.
Pool and garden maintenance are included and will visit the property twice weekly. Guests must allow access to the exterior of the property.
