Villa Verano Azul is a traditional Menorcan villa located in the charming coastal resort of Cala en Porter on the south coast of the island, just a 10-minute drive from the airport. The resort offers everything you need for a memorable holiday, including a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and souvenir shops, all within walking distance from the property. Cala en Porter’s stunning beach, with its crystal-clear waters, can be accessed via road or steps and features two beach bars serving delicious local tapas and drinks. Other beautiful south coast beaches, such as Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, and Son Bou, are less than a 15-minute drive away, and the island’s capital, Mahon, is also just 10 minutes by car. Car hire is available in the resort, and a daily bus service runs between Cala en Porter and Mahon during the summer months.

The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden filled with colourful flowers and indigenous plants, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. A shaded terrace connected to the lounge is furnished with a table and chairs and stone barbecue for al fresco meals, and the garden is furnished with sun loungers for enjoying the Mediterranean sunshine. The interior of the villa retains its authentic rustic charm, with traditional furnishings and original features that reflect the character of Menorca. All rooms are located on the ground floor and include:
Open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

Payment Schedule
Confirmation Deposit: 10% (refundable for cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival)
60 days prior to arrival: 90% (non-refundable)
Payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) or Bank transfer

Government Eco-Tax
2 € per night per person for the first 8 nights, reduced to 1 € per night per person from the ninth night onwards.

Security Deposit
300 € per stay can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned by card or bank transfer within 3 days of departure.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival are free of charge and the 10% confirmation deposit will be refunded.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations 60 days or less before arrival.

Check-out: 10am
If guests have an early arrival or a late departure time please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.

Minimum Age
The lead guest must be aged 25 or over, must be present at the property for the whole stay, and is responsible for the conduct of the whole party, including any damage caused intentionally or through negligence.
All guests must provide the identification and other information required for guest registration before arrival, in accordance with Real Decreto 933/2021, de 26 de octubre. This information will be communicated to the competent authorities as required by law.

Occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity in the property description.
Pets, smoking indoors, and parties or events inside or outside the property are not permitted.
Reservations for stag or hen parties, or groups travelling for celebrations or events are not accepted.

Services Included
The property is furnished and equipped for self-catering for the maximum capacity stated in the property description.
The property will be clean upon arrival with bed linen and bath towels for all guests.
Extras (cot, highchair, bed guard, pool heating or pool guards when available) must be requested at the time of reservation. In some cases, there may be an extra charge for these items.
